Are any different final drive ratios available by changing the number of teeth on the belt sprockets?
Will a Volkswagon old style tire fit on the rear rim and up under the fender? ( Sidecar usage.)
I would like an automotive type tire to put more square inches on the surface and increase tire milage on a machine that will always carry a sidecar.
I am concerned about clearance under the fender and swingarm. If the outside diameter is too great, I would want to change to a lower final drive ratio. On a chain drive system, no problem. Just wondering if different ratios are available with belt.

The Savage has had the same size pulleys from the start, no matter 4 or 5 speed. you are stuck with what you got. See BeltvsChain post, or Belt Pulley post. All the info is there.
