If you have upgraded to a freer flowing exhaust than stock, you should consider a 152.5, 155, or 157.5.  I had the best luck with a 152.5.  If your exhaust is stock, I would not exceed a 150.

The size of the main jet you use depends on what muffler you're running. The freer flowing your exhaust is, the bigger the main jet you need to run.

still stock exhaust, got a 150 main, installed as of about 5 minutes ago. Where are the links to the interlock switch bypass tricks? While the seat is off I think I will take the opportunity to ditch some of those "safety" features. I don't like being stranded. I am gonna try to solve the speedo vibe thing too. Any clues you folks have to offer are taken with a lot of appreciation. Can I poke a hole or 2 in the rear of my exhaust? Will it help anything?
