For me Iridium = better starting + better acceleration.

Got it in and tested it out,definatly better get up and go,
seems crisper ,sharper ignition,top speed exactly the same,so far so good,by the way I use premium gas and have since I've owned it.

They should already be set right out of the box, but if you want to check the proper setting is .035" .
Do it carefully.

From what this says you could probably run a 0.040" gap.
