I have been considering putting *Savage Beast* on the bike when I repaint it. I am already using the name for the performance parts group I sell. I just like the sound of it.

Wonder if they sell savage emblems for the back of the seat. Hmmm.

If the conversation continues (as it usually does) I explain that the new name is a Boulevard S40...

thumper is now considered a "hand built" in the state of washington, due to all the changes i've made. the key is that the machine no longer resembles any production bike. next time i register it, i'll change the designation. but it's still a "savage"
