Dynobob, will the supertrapp make my savage rumble?  Im looking for a lower pitch as well as performance.  Will it do that stock or do i have to adjust something?

The Supertrapp has great sound. I heard a soundclip here before I bought it and was sold. I'm running it just as it came out of the box. You can make it louder or quieter by adding or removing disks. This also changes backpressure and affects jetting a bit.

My Supertrapp is stock and I'm running the carb settings I posted above. The bike hauls butt Grin

Like i said, im a real newbie at this.  When you say 1/2 white spacer, do you literally mean filing the spacer down to half its size?

Either that or by replacing it with washers equaling 1/2 to 2/3 the size of the spacer.  Use stainless, brass or something that is petroleum resistant.  You don't want it melting.

Exactly that. I sanded mine with some fine grit sandpaper and measured it with a cheap micrometer. I suppose you could measure with a finely graduated ruler.
