So this "Open Office" will do the job of MS Excel?
I will give it a try ... thanks.

Note the values on the graph where the torque #'s are way out in left field.  This set of #'s was from a few runs prior to the time when I had use of the "VAS" program from the Veypor folks which takes the raw #'s from the Veypor unit and crunches them into an accurate picture of what the machine is actually doing.
Speeds and times are of course accurate as is, but the HP and TQ values have to go through the VAS program in order to be accurate.  The raw data has about 3 or 4  different hp/tq values that need to be run through a set of formula's to end up with the final, and accurate, values.
Testing of the Veypor unit has shown it to be accurate to within  1-3% of a shop dyno.

Open Office is the equivalent of Microsoft Office and it is a super package.  I use it myself.  I have a fundamental problem with giving Bill Gates any more of my money than I have to!

The third and fourth set of torque numbers on thr graph are actually the speed at 1/4 mile.  When you replace those, thr numbers look pretty good.

The primary thing missing would be that it doesn't provide an email/PIM like Outlook.

Once you get to Firefox and download Open Office you will find plenty of desktop add ons to ...... I found most of them to be timekillers, although I used some for awhile. The only one I kept was the weather advisor. Open Office you will find is very useful and very free.

Here's a graph of the HP and 0-60 MPH Time as a function of torque.

I will resume the effort but it may be a while.  My bike was down for clutch slippng and plug leaking, I got it back together but have a issue of some sort so it needs to come back apart I fear.  But it will be several weeks before I can get back to it.  We are leaving for about 2 weeks on Saturday.
