The rear tires on the LS650 are 140mm wide x 80% of 140mm~ tall, the front tires are 100mm wide x 90% of100mm~ tall, so if you are talking about a front tire you should be ok with a 90mm wide tube, but the rear needs to be at least 130 wide.
