If It is only chain and tensioner - NO,
but If You have to remove the head You will have to decide do You want to do it in the frame or on the bench.
You will need also the clutch cover gasket.

So you can remove the head without removing the engine? If so, that is good news because I need to fix my oil leak.

The number of cylinders isn't important...it's how you use them.

Usually the oil leak is from the famous plug and if so You don't have to remove the head- check the numerous posts.
