You could searche the forum as this topic has been covered before, but alas. Let's start with the easy bits:
There's NO adjusment for the ignition timing..
For tapet clearance I use a 0.005"
Now the camshaft:
1) Put the piston at TDC ( Top Dead Center) 2) Drop in the camshaft with the lobes(cams) down. There's a line scribed on the camshaft that has to be in line with the top of the head. 3) Hook the gear in the chain and the 3 holes aligned with the camshaft. Put the location pin and the 2 bolts in the camshaft. 4) Install the chain tensioner. 5) Torque all bolts and nuts
