Just have a question on what type of spark plug you guys have in your savage. I just purchased a 95 Savage and would like to change the spark plug and am not sure on what type to put in and would like some input.
(Should I keep the stock plug type?)
Thanks!!

I'd go with an iridium plug, Denso or NGK. There's a thread or two on them if you put "iridium" in the search function. I use one.

Right now I'm running a Champion in mine, can't remember the number of it but it corresponds to the OEM plug. I'm fully planning on switching over to the iridium whenever I think to stop and pick one up.

Since there is only one plug, iridium is the way to go. I use NGK and recommend it.

The NGK is DPR8EIX-9 but imo the Denso IX24B is slightly better.

Opportunities multiply as they are seized.
No spacer,60 pilot jet, 155 main jet, plug door, sportster muffler, k&n drop in, iridium plug, brake pedal mod,de-badged, Dunlops, bullet turn signals.

The 9 is the plug gap as it comes out of the box, nine tenths of a mm or .036".
