How many miles / ks have you done. I had to replace my front brake pads at 4000 K (just over 3000 miles) as stock ones are rubbish. Was sqeaking a lot, now stopped just about altogether.
I have also been told that they can get "glazed" and need to be cleaned up. More techy people on here will no doubt know what that means.

Brake squeal is usually the pads vibrating. The fix is to remove the pads and apply either a special brake grease, or Permatex Disc Brake Quiet, or, now I've seen some expensive sprays. I got some Disc Brake Quiet, and plan on fixing mine over the weekend (we have about 1000 miles on ours, and building fast).
I just did the saddlebag brackets and bags - I am going to fasten my bags a bit differently using U-bolts.
Welcome aboard!

Another theory - My brakes use to squeak heaps too until I discovered I was too gentle on the brakes all the time.   So quite regularly I give the brakes a good dealing to - jam them on pretty hard (not going too fast of course!) - and haven't had a problem since.

Just smear the back side /the metal side/ with any kind of silicone.

I have noticed my brakes doing the same thing. Gets really annoying. And I only have 150 miles on mine so far.

Front brakes -- pull the pads off, scuff 'em up and give the backside a coating of brake grease.

Rear brakes -- get up to 45 or so and apply the brake while maintaining throttle/speed.  Worked well on mine.
