You clear coated the Savage stickers on the tank, but not the side covers. Basta*rds!! AngryIt took several hours to clear just the one side of the tank. I suppose it just gives me a reason to start thinking about a new color. Since, now I have a dirt catching outline of the old ugly ass*ed sticker.

I know I'm not supposed to laugh, but...

Sorry about your tank...Like you said , now you get to paint it...don't use spray paint though, it's no good. Smiley

Its only noticable till the wife sees the dirt line, then its off to the paint shop. God, I love that woman.

Has anyone taken off the Suzuki Boulevard stick on metal emblem?
For those of you that haven't seen it there is now piece of metal that says Boulevard on either side of the tank.  The tank and back fender stickers were a breeze to remove.  I just wonder about the metal thing.

I'm using a hair drier but there is a layer of clear coat over the sticker. May have been repainted by the PO. They claimed the bike had never been wrecked. Might have dropped it and did some tank damage. Its not the end of the world and at least those crap decals are gone.

I took mine off with a hair dryer and some dental floss, wd40 and some patience.

Lighter fluid worked best at removing the glue residue.
