Pull the Engine
03/18/06 at 21:37:56

Decided to do a mild overhaul on the Savage before turning it over to my wife.  I had a pesky little head cover seal leak that was too hard to repair in the limited space available, so I decided to pull the engine, tune, seal, beautify; and go over the rest of the bike while I've got the engine out.  Should take a few weeks total, but I'm looking forward to the rest of the project.

Here's some pics of the pull...

Depending on the miles maybe replace the timing chain tensioner, they tend to streach.
