Very cool.  If I didn't have the highwaybar on mine, I'd have put those on for sure!

Thanks for the compliment. Need a better band saw to tackle any more, still have the designs and some aluminium plate left so anything is possible. darn, they look better than the set I'm using.

Did this require some modification of the pulls on the controls? Longer shift linkage/brake rod?

Nice looking work, Ed. Might have you make a set of these for my Zook one day, if you ever get up to it!

yeah he had to extend the shift linkage and the brake as well.  very nice job and they look great.  did u have to cut the motor mount tubes also due to the extra thickness of the plate?

Got rid of sidestand switch. Followed wiring up under seat, cut and shorted. Don't miss it at all.

A well respected and seasoned HD rider died in our neck of the woods last year.
Cause of death?
Failed to put his kickstand up......
Made a left turn and BLAMO!!!
Remove the switch if you like, just remember to put that sidestand up before you roll.

I guess I am an old F-rt. This is the only scooter I've ever owned that had a side stand switch.....that I can remember.
