Does anyone have experience adding after-market risers to their Savage?  I am trying to figure out which risers to buy, and I want to avoid buying longer cables and brake line if possible.  The two I’m looking at are like this:

Raised 1.5", pullback 2" more
Raised 2.5", pullback 3" more

I think the first ones will go on without longer cables, but I’m not sure about the second one – what do you think?

Along those same lines, I guess that S40s must have longer cables and brake line, correct?  I have a 2002 Savage, but i was just curious about the S40.
