The butt dyno tells me I'm around 33-35 ponies and close to 40 ft-lbs... but I also took 45 lbs off my savage...  the old rule of thumb says loose 7 lbs and gain 1 pony...

No problem keping up with my V* 1100 which has 60 of each and weighs about 640 lbs (up to about 70 mph)

Look four posts up at % Performance increase and you will find charts and everything.  Looks like anywhere between 10-20% more if you get a new carb.

According to the info that came with the dynojet kit the KLX went from 36BHP pre kit to 40.5BHP post kit, since then I've fitted a custom pipe and Keihin FCR41 carb.
What it is now is anybody's guess.
