Normal for the savage to seep oil?  It doesn't do this all the time, only after I ride it a bit.  Also the seepage seems to be accompanied by a pinging sound coming out of the muffler, it kinda makes the muffler sound like an old VW bug.  

The seepage really doesn't concern me and was wondering if I just tightened the bolts on the engine if that would resolve the issue?

Also, would changing the oil have any effect on this seepage or perhaps the pinging noise?
