I would expect that the mindset that would accept the Savage would also tend toward SCA. The Society for Creative Anachronism was, as far as I know, first mentioned in print in "The Warlock in Spite of Himself."

it is best to back slowly away from SCA, it tends to alter one's thoughts and mode of attire.

It isn't just Savages you'll see at SCA events...

Lisa and I got married at an event. Legally. By a legally ordained pagan priest who happens to be a fullpatch Hell's Angel.

At least you (Paladin) live in Caid, the ONLY SCA kingdom where jousting is permitted (and encouraged, at least formerly).

I get SCA members into the shop all the time. Seems like they are drawn to bikes like flies are drawn to...um, Roll Eyes
