Has anyone got detailed diagrams, or good photos of this? It would be a great great help.

And if this is in the wrong catagory the i deserve a spank and i appologise.... dont know if questions should go in here or tech bit... ???

I think this is the right place at this point.  The Technical Corner is really for reference material.  This thread could become one of those documents though.

You mean the decompression solenoid?  There isn't any valve other than the exhaust valves which the solenoid opens slightly.  It's that big round thing between the turn signal relay and the ignition coil

Yes thats what i mean,  I just need to see how it all bols together, because i have tried it two different ways, one way it too close and the other its too far away, so if i can see somone elses, then i will know if i have a dodgy... somthing etc...
