Sun was shining and the temps in the high 40's so I ran errands today. Lovely ride to the hardware and grocery stores, saw a few other riders out and they all waved.

Life is great in Eastern, WA. BIL and I bought a used utility trailer last week and I've been fixing on it so I can have a way to haul the Savage if need be. Will be a great unit when I get done. Ramp on the back and 3 ft sides that are removable. My new Colorado PU Crew cab box is a little short to haul the Savage and there has been a couple times I really wanted to take it to where were going for a visit. This will solve the problem. Also will have a way to help broken down or crashed riders in this area. Hope spring is starting to appear in your world. Max

i too got out in the cool basin sun. burned through a tank checking out the ride after mods. it certainly was a different ride than when i parked it.

seat was really comfortable.
flat bars were nice
need mirror with longer stem
will have to adapt to speedometer change due to tire size.

i only had one cage pull out in front of me. law enforcement at that. got the hands up "sorry".

i'm really looking forward to nicer riding weather to really check thing out.

max have you seen the blue savage around town. i though i saw one last week,

You guys are making me jealous....and I'm full of all kinds of excuses for not riding yet. Things like expired registrations and trying to set up our new home. The weather down here in Portland has been real nice though.
