I see unprotected plastic below the pipe?
Is it situated so that a pot hole would wedge it against frame?
After the bottom is busted out of this battery, and you shut it off, how will you crank it. ???

Don't shut it off...just keep driving till you get home. Or push start it.

I realize that it is still possible to hit it, but it looks like it might take some abuse before failing.
