What other bikes do you all have????

I know many of us have other bikes, or our spouses have other bikes, so....what do you got?
I had a 1981 GS250T, great training bike, but no good for highway riding. I did a little window shopping today, and I found my next "other" bike. A bright orange 2003 Kawasaki Z1000. It's a naked, 4 cyl, sportbike. I sat on 10-15 different bikes, and this one called to me. Sort of like the "dark side of the force". I swear it said," forget the CBR, screw the GSXR, to hell with the R1, join me and together we will rule the road". Honest, it said that, or at least I got my medication screwed up again. Grin

I'm always on the look out for other bikes. Currently I'm still holding onto a 1982 GS550L. I'd get rid of it, except it still fires perfectly and I like the feel of it still.

I haven't had a crotchrocked since I got rid of my Katana and Ninja about 7 years ago... think about getting something new from time to time. Now I'm kindof looking for a heavier cruiser. Love my Savage but at 75+ all day on long trips I think I may opt for something packing a bit more weight.

8)Don't have any other Bikes (can barely afford the one I have Wink

) ... I love my Savage but wouldn't mind owning an 800 Intruder/S50 in a few years.
Other Bikes that strike my fancy are a couple of obscure models that are no longer available or not for sale in North America ... Honda's Cafe replica, the gorgeous GB500 (500cc single!) and Aprilia'a Moto 6.5 (a 650cc single with wild Flat-Trackesque styling!)

My wife (and high school sweetheart) just got her first motorcycle, an 03 Savage and she loves it. Perfect bike to learn on but also good for trips. We just got back from a rally in Ruidoso, NM this past weekend, 300 miles one way.

When I was a kid, my first bike was a Honda Trail 70, then got a Hodaka dirt bike. In 2001, thirty years and three kids later, I got a 1200 Sportster. My wife (and still my high school sweetheart) are empty nesters now and lovin' it! Have fun and ride safe!

In addition to my Savage chopper project I have a 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 A model. I ride it when my wife goes with me and long trips etc. I also have a 2002 Suzuki 800 Intruder that is my solo bike for club rides and my daily bike for errands and such. If it is not raining and it will fit in my saddlebag I ride the Intruder. With high price of gas it is a real money saver. I call it my townie bike.

"We" have a 1988 Honda GoldWing 1500 for those lonnnnnggg rides.

1997 honda valkyrie ( crashed this one last july, gotta rebuild)

1998 honda valkyrie tourer (my long distance ride)

just bought:

1970 honda CB750 (yes another)
1974 honda CB750
1975 honda CB750[/shadow]
these CB750s are mostly disassembled, with a ton of spare & new-old-stock parts & spares (like a couple 836cc big bore kits). gonna use them for a chopper project or two & probably a vintage style cafe racer build up.
