So basically, the special counsel investigating Biden stealing classified documents, determined he’s an old man who has no idea what he’s doing.

Special Counsel Robert Hur collected evidence Biden 'willfully retained and disclosed classified materials'

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," Hur wrote in the report. "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone from whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."

I read this elsewhere and I think it’s a good point.

Right after the special councils report comes out basically acknowledging what everybody always really knows that Biden has serious dementia issues, they put him out there for a press conference where reporters were allowed to ask questions that weren’t cleared. Remember, the other press conferences were Biden looks down on a piece of paper and calls on specific reporters, knowing full well that he was going to get towards the softballs.

They didn’t that this time. They didn’t pump him full of drugs to give him some energy, just send him out there. And then Biden complains that Mexico is not opening their border for Gaza refugees….

National politics is brutal. It’s a street gang where everyone fights for survival. And they’ve decided it’s time to jettison Biden. They knew they were gonna have to do it before the election and they got a gift from the special counsel.

And they’re going to use the old man thing, so he’ll never have to stand trial for being a thief all those years and stealing money from other countries. As I’ve said before, sometimes you can steal the diamonds and get away. Looks like the Biden crime family is going to accomplish just that.

They’re both old, but only one is so demented he can’t be charged with a crime because it would be embarrassing.

The other one has charges from partisans that will certainly be thrown out of court in the future. Everybody knows that. Just listen to the Supreme Court yesterday.

Besides, I don’t want either of them. I told you I still hope to Santis pulls it off in the convention. Obviously, Biden is not capable of being president, so make your best pitch for either Harris or Gavin Newsom to come in at the last minute. Go ahead.

But for the love of God, don’t try to justify Biden going any further.

Try as you might, Trump’s not the story. Biden is a joke. They didn’t consider prosecution because his brain is mush.
