Title: Has anyone tried "bunk a biker' ? Post by DaveFromCanada on 12/25/23 at 11:38:58 I stumbled across this website. I wondered if anyone else had experience with this. As host, traveller or both? https://www.bunkabiker.com |
Title: Re: Has anyone tried "bunk a biker' ? Post by MMRanch on 12/27/23 at 07:34:00 Hay Dave from Canada I started to volunteer to be a "Bunk a Biker" host , but I'm not sure I'm ready to invite a drinking-cussing type into my house . If there was a way to be assured of getting the 99% of nice family type Bikers then I'd sign up and use the service too. :-? .................... I hope that our folks on this site would drop by my house for a day or two if passing through middle TN. and most folks I know would be nice visitors for a day or two. So Canada Dave have you investigated Bunk a Biker yet ? |
Title: Re: Has anyone tried "bunk a biker' ? Post by DaveFromCanada on 12/28/23 at 05:43:31 I have not yet tried the bunk a biker - I can see some 'bunks' near me. I had thought it might be a way to explore the North further without a 'butt-numbing' long-distance ride. If we have space when I retire, I thought it might be a way to meet other motorcyclists. |
