Title: Can't loosen Allen bolt at bottom of the fork. Post by zevenenergie on 06/24/23 at 06:42:34 I'm trying to take my front fork apart. But I can't get the Allen bolt at the bottom of the left leg out. That part on the inside where the allan bolt is in, rotates. I have put the leg back together so the spring can apply pressure but it still turns when I turn the Allen screw. I don't know how to solve this. Does anyone know a solution? Edit: I gave the Allen bolt a few hits and somehow it came loose after that. :) |
Title: Re: Can't loosen Allen bolt at bottom of the fork Post by Dave on 06/24/23 at 08:53:28 You need to build a tool to keep the part inside the forks from turning. http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?num=1365965809/1 |
