I am thinking that a large group of people living in/near Lincoln.
Are not happy with the attention she is getting.
The large presence of that group,
in that location,
is based completely on Anonymity

I'm not familiar with demographics, but are you talking about a largely Muslim population?

If she isn't crazy, she could convince someone she is. .

20 (+/-) years ago I was in Lincoln doing a job and stayed at a friends house. Night before I left, he and his Wife took me out to dinner in the old warehouse district which was 'up-scale' refurbished.

Nice Place, but noticing 80+% of the tables were two Ladies. I mentioned to my Hosts, 'great place for a single fellow'. They BOTH Hartley Laughed.

Then they said; 'Lincoln is a great place to find a Woman, if you are a Woman. If you are a Man, NOT SO MUCH !'

It was because Lincoln was, 'off the radar', and no one bothered them.
