I heard from a friend that the best way to bathe a cat was throw it into the toilet, close the lid and flush 3 times. You probably want to clean the toilet 1st or not if it was the neighbors cat.

The blinds are not exactly Unmolested,, he's made a hasty retreat more than once. But I'm betting this is a Personal Best. I just hope someone was about two feet away, leaned back in a recliner, just flirting with a nap.

Reel thing had a good approach to neighbors cats. The right size HavaHart trap with a decent reward, tuna fish.. And then ya just fire the hose up and put the nozzle on Jet..
I can't imagine being the guy to open that toilet. Sounds dangerous.
