I needed to replace my front turn signals on my 2012, so I did so with a pair of OEM ones I bought new. I also decided to upgrade the lamp in my headlight. All wires are straight forward in connecting to the wiring harnesses. For some reason now the headlight and tail light blinks in unison with the turn signals. Any thoughts?

You probably have 1 of the signal light wires reversed.

There were no wires to reverse. Two are hardwired into a connector the ground is lose. This is why I’m baffled.

What type of headlight did you install? Perhaps you should go back in there and see if you can eyeball anything wrong.

it also quite common to get a short in the wires as they go thru the bucket.
