I can see the value of this in psychiatric institutions or prisons if the signal was monitored by medical staff.

I definitely wouldn't look forward to insurance companies being in on this.

Is this not done now,
by a piece of paper saying,
X patent takes Y pill at Z time ?
And someone taking it to them and standing their watching.
Or putting it in food,
or giving a shot ?

Me Thinks ,
it is a Different reason.
But that all right,
some call me a 'conspiracy theorist' !

I did read the link, and I saw this;
