Hi, the little rubber washer that goes inbetween the speedometer cable and the motor has been lost and the area is now greasy. I can't find where to buy just the washer. Does anyone know the correct size for that part or can somone be kind enough to measure it for me?

A few people have bought one of those hardware store assortment packs of faucet washers and found one that worked.

There is no pressure.
The right cross sectional diameter on an oring that is too big, sliced at an angle slice again, same angle, so it presses the ends together, will do fine.
I've even done this on a pressure washer and it doesn't leak.
Yeah it takes some skill.. But it's a long trip to town over a blasted oring..
You can do the slicing and super glue,, I've done that too.

If you are talking about the seal that goes between the cable and the engine, its an "oil seal". Very easy to lose. There is a genuine Suzuki part number (34943-11030). It's cheap. You can get one from your Suzuki dealer or any of the on-line parts outlets.

Pssst,... it's under the starter motor.
Slide a stiff piece of paper under there and push it out..

No, don't do that, hit it with a blast of air, it will come right out. ;D
