A month or two back, I bought a rough running Savage for $800 as a surprise birthday present for my wife. It'll be her 1st bike. It had some dents and some scratches. Was missing a front fender, mirrors, front turn signals, battery toolbox cover, battery top cover, and the foam out of the rear seat. I decided to paint it for her and generally fix it up. Also personalized it. She's a mail carrier and loves pinup style fashion. Oh and it runs perfect now.
