Hey I may be interested in the bags. Does it include handlebar and saddlebags?

Sorry for the delay - just had a newborn.

I am selling the saddle bags, but not the bag that hangs above the headlight. They're in near perfect condition and I can send the bags and the bar that retains them (bolts onto the seat).

Looking to sell those for $100 + shipping. Let me know if you're still interested.
