Hi, I just wanted to update everybody here that the seat pins for the seat pin mod That Verslagen used to sell are available from mcmaster carr for anyone still wanting to do it. They are Item number 92384A032 and the link is here https://www.mcmaster.com/quick-release-pins

They have other models which would work but these are the cheapest and the most functional IMO.

I just tried it with my corbin seat and it works perfectly. They are a little expensive at 22 dollars a pop, but they make working on it so easy it's more than worth it to me!

I guess they're worth the money for those who intend to work on their own bikes , or plan on keeping the stock seat.

I completely agree, they work on other seats as well, such as the corbin, for which you only need 2

Those are really nice pins! I use McMaster.com all the time for work, they're a great company to work with. I order what I need, and usually have it on my desk the next afternoon. I bought my JIS screwdrivermset from them, too!
