If you can withstand the vibration, you and the bike will be fine. Check your oil often as high engine speeds can cause accelerated oil consumption.

Do the Kawi front pulley mod and do the DBM breather mods.

I wouldn't decide to do either mod ,not on a bike that you just got . just make it a habit to check your  oil level each time you start from home.

If you are riding 70-75mph on a daily/regular basis and are mechanically inclined, do the KAW front pulley mod. It makes the top end noticeably smoother at those speeds and is an overall much better ratio for this bike. Had mine for ~3 years now and have never regretted it, and most of my riding is ~55mph around town and the occasional day trip.

+1 on the ratio change, though I prefer a chain conversion and swingarm stretch. I also prefer the older 4sp bikes. At the end of the day, though, this is a 381lb, 31hp bike with the dimensions of a Honda Rebel 250. Not saying don't run 75mph, not saying don't commute on it, not saying don't tour the world on one...just saying other bikes exist that might be worth considering once you're done training on that one.

You can't over rev the motor,  85mph most likely your top speed on a stock bike =5678 rpm  ,redline on the bike is 6500 rpm(97.3 mph) ,and the 30 hp the bike makes,  means  it won't get you there.   70mph=4675 rpm ,75mph = 5010 rpm  , so your in no danger of damaging the motor,  even at wide open throttle, but you should be checking your oil level regularly .

Exactly batman.  Well, at least not in top gear.  You could get stupid in one of the lower gears, but the power flattens out so much I don't know why anyone would ride a stock motor that way.
