Title: Rotella T4 oil replaces Rotella T? Post by rong on 06/11/19 at 16:07:31 I have a 2015 S40 and have been using the dino non-synthetic Rotella T oil as recommended on the Savage website. Shell is apparently no longer selling Rotella T. I believe that it has been replaced with Rotella T4 ... and would be the equivalent oil to use replacing the Rotella T. Hope you can confirm this. Title: Re: Rotella T4 oil replaces Rotella T? Post by stewmills on 06/14/19 at 13:21:59 I use the new T4 and have for the last year. No issues. I change my oil frequently so the T6 is no real benefit to me, but I would use T6 if I went excessive periods between my changes. |
