Star Trek ‘Miri’, Season 1 Episode 8

(Re-watching some old TV shows on a Fire)
Conservative people, (Dems, Reps, Ind), reminded me a lot of, the adults in that show.
And the children were Very Much like today's, Ultra Liberal Fairy Dust Sprinkling Socialists.

Where the ‘adults’ try very hard to help the children.
And the children, do their best to sabotage, and not listen or take help.

This has been an adolescent behavior pattern for decades, maybe even since documentation of human psychological patterns.

Seems like every generation is worse than the one before.

Johnny used to ignore advice on how to ride a horse and when to plant seed.

Johnny used to ignore advice on how to stick weld and break a bolt.

Johnny used to ignore advice on how to drive a stick shift and change oil.

Johnny used to ignore advice on how to defrag a hard drive and how to store floppy disks.

Johnny now ignores advice on how to properly shield from identity theft and control public social media information.
