In light of current circumstances,.. (Intelligence warnings of increased white supremacist attacks and terrorism, and Trump's race baiting), looking for false equivalences is a waste of time.
Trump owns the white supremacist vote and he's making sure he keeps it.
That seems to be giving him a lock on one third of America.
