The fact of the matter is this. Far too many republicans - which includes a few on this forum - are fine with the lies, the tweets and the associated antics as long as it's their guy. They espouse that he's making America great, yet trump's poll numbers are constantly in the 30's. In fact, his highest number ever was 45% approval (Gallup). There simply are no redeeming characteristics of this man to claim. None.

During his testimony, Cohen paraphrased the analogy that trump himself used in describing his followers. trump said he could - "stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody" and not "lose any voters." The sad part about that is, he's right.

So, c'mon trump supporters, own the insanity of this pathetic excuse of a president. He's a cult of personality, nothing more.
