hey guys, I found a used backrest off a 2003 Savage, I was wondering if it would fit my 2009 S40 with no modifications, or did they change the brackets slightly between the model years? Thank you!

I don't see why not as long as you have the entire thing including the side mounts.

The bolts are different lengths too, trade the bolts too
