Evidently London Police are being trained to "bump" scooter and motorcycle riders that are fleeing.

I guess they need to start doing something for the criminals who are using 2 wheels to evade capture.

Yup. Little basta*ds steal scooters and use the stolen scooters to rob pedestrians, sometimes injuring them in the process. For a while the policy of the police was not to pursue. Once that became known scooter theft and the associated crime became an epidemic. Couldn't park a scooter anywhere in London with the expectation that it would still be there when you came back.

They're doing it wrong.

I've seen this before. Some of the crimes they've committed are down right violent. Lots of information and videos out there on the subject. Personally I think the police have no choice at this point. They can't let these a**holes keep getting away with it. Better the criminals get hurt than their victims.
