Even Moscow can pump out a clean Savage, albeit a 400. I especially like the exhaust. And who hasn't used that tool kit.

That's a real nice build. Great shapes & lines and attention to all the little details. Cool bike.

Now it just needs a 695cc monster thumper stuffed in it.

I love the tank and the amp meter on the headlight is a nice touch, reminds me of the old days when it was considered a necessity for some reason.  Anyway this guy did a nice job.  I wonder if he reads our forum.

I suspect he does. It's amazing how many of you all are household names on the Russian Savage site.

I believe they have.
I’ve sold parts to Russian riders on 3 separate occasions so far.
They are really some nice dudes.

I especially like the use of brass with the chrome , like a great mix of new and old without being over done. Very well thought out. I'm wondering how long the build took. I hope he is reading our posts , credit where credit is due.

I agree with Ruttly, the brass/chrome mix is really beautiful. That build is awesome.

Wonderful attention to detail. Looks like an old British headlight.

You guys can keep up the cheering for a fine build. I'm not.
I'm terrified of being accused of collusion.

In the days of kick start and 80W dynamo, you wanted to make sure you weren't running a dead battery.
ASmpmeter shows whether the dynamo is charging the battery, or whether the system is draining the battery.

These daysm, with hi-power alternators, this is not a big issue any more.
I remember the days when French British cars would have a voltmeter or an ammeter (respectively) but no oil gauge...
