If you're looking to go from 26 HP to 26.002 HP, by all means.

Easier to evacuate your bowels before setting off, the weight reduction will increase the power to weight ratio.

Note: I don't know what spark plug indexing means, I'm just trying to keep the spirit of the thread.

The bike runs smooth. It could be the stool softener. ;D

Yooz guys are cruel.

I used to index my plugs on my drag bike.  I had this huge set of various thickness copper washers and would spend lots of time making sure the ground electrode was oriented just perfect.  After countless hours of fiddling with that I finally figured out it made no measurable difference in performance.  It wasn't so much the money but the wasted time.  I could have utilized that time to do something more constructive.

I'll tell you what really kills the performance. A twisted spark. We used to get that on Land Rovers in the army!

Total waste of time ! Better off spending your time riding to go get a top quality spark plug and properly gapping and installing it. There are only so many things we can do to pull more performance from these engines and spark plug indexing isn't one of them !
