I have a tiny black rubber or gasket washer left over, ?where's it go?
Air jet under the diaphragm, what size for a bike with cone air filter and Harley muffler?
My main jet has no gasket under it, big deal?
Two hoses on petcocks that go to the upper fuel bowl, ok to connect those two with one hose?
Outer air screw, how many turns out to start?
I can't post pics.

as to where the little tiny washer goes... not sure but there's one under the pilot air screw.
It's not shown on the parts diagram because with the plug in it's not meant to be accessed.

I didn't remove a NY plugs. Is that screw on the outside of the carb?

Did you remove the throttle plate and shaft? there is a thin dark " washer" that goes on before the E clip.

I did, but I got that one.
The plug was removed, that's where it went.
Thanks all.
Found an 86 gs450 to trade a welder for. Hopefully new wheels soon. Maybe a rear fender too.
