Title: swing arm bearings Post by John E Black on 06/13/18 at 09:45:27 Howdy...removing swing arm for painting and wondering if I really need the "special tool" for removing the bearings, etc., as the manual states? Or is there a simpler method.. Thanks in advance...! johnny

Title: Re: swing arm bearings Post by Gary_in_NJ on 06/13/18 at 10:26:16 There aren't any bearings in the swing arm. There are needle bearings installed in the frame which the bolt passes through, make sure they are in good condition and well lubed before reassembly.
