Did Bush hate Clinton? Did Clinton hate Bush erc.... All Presidents attack the previous administration. The difference is Trump talks out loud all those things the others thought but never said in public. I'm not sure there's a policy Trump is attacking that I wouldn't too. You would attack every policy Bush implemented if you could.
