Here's the speedo I used.  Same ratio Ryca sells but with trip meter.  I haven't tested it for accuracy yet and I do have an 18" rear wheel.

No, I got it from patzilla.  It's the 44" long tach cable from a GT250 I think.  The same one everyone else gets.  I snaked it around a bit and it seems like it will be fine.

Also, I think MM got a Kph unit.  Seems like the mph units are hard to find on eBay so it was DCC for me. They made my seat hoop so I just put it on that order.

Thank you.  It's coming along slowly but surly.  If I wasn't married with childern and didn't have a job or like skiing in the winter, it would be finished!   ;D
