Anything else that could cause this. The bike will turn over but won't fire at all |

Seems like a lot of cranking problems can be solved by using a stronger battery. Jump start it off a known good battery. If you use a car, DO NOT have it running! The car's charging system will fry the bike. |

Title: Re: I am a ne savage owner and i have a 95 ls650 t Post by batman on 02/14/17 at 11:40:56 Even if you can't check the compression at this time,while you have the spark out you might try adding a couple of tablespoons of oil down the spark plug hole before trying to start it again ,as the oil may have drained off the rings and cylinder wall when the bike sat.this could help build compression and lessen the chance of scoring the cylinder walls from cranking with out starting(you have no oil pressure until the bike runs).Or there is a product called fogging oil in spray cans for this same purpose. |
