Control freak decided to go all
Hall Monitor and discipline the unruly riders.
Didn't think about what happens when traffic is stopped at a light. He got off a little too easy..

When you rev your engine up and let it bounce off the rev limiter at 14,000 rpm.....is that a:

1)  Warning?
2)  Threat?
3)  Distress signal?
4)  Call to action?

Apparently there's more than enough "stupid" to go around.

So much exposed skin and so many exposed skulls.  Makes me cringe.

I agree that the Silverado guy is being an idiot, but when you take your helmet and smash it into a window, best case scenario is that nothing happens.  Worst case it the truck owner freaks out, hits the gas, and runs over you, a bunch of your buddies or innocent by-standers. Remember the guy in NY, whose ran over angry bikers threatening him and his family (in a range rover, i think) as he was trying to escape them?

So did any of that actually accomplish anything?  :-?

Hopefully the
Constipated Hall Monitor
Learned to let idiots take risks.

What is 1 lone guy in a truck going to do to a group of 50 bikers? I don't get mad at idiots in traffic. Natural Selection will thin the herd eventually. Everyone involved was wrong!

Yeah, but HE decided to play
Hall Monitor.

I suppose the bikers need an outlet for their frustration.......What else can you do on a sport bike when you live in a big city, with no curvy roads or mountains where you can go ride?  Who really needs a fast sport bike to ride between traffic lights and stop signs?

d police he had been driving westbound on Galena just east of Edgelawn when he became surrounded by motorcycle riders. The truck driver changed lanes in what police say was an attempt to move away from the group. When he stopped, several of the motorcycle riders appeared upset with him, possibly for changing lanes, according to police.

One man got off his motorcycle pun

Snot what I saw.

Those guys need to hit some country roads.

99% of the time I don't step on the gas to deal with anything, I always take my foot off the gas and coast or use my brakes and let whatever trouble is out there stay way ahead of me where I can see what's going on.

That is a good policy.  I saw some local fellows get into a fight, and I told a friend about it.....and that I felt bad about not trying to break it up.  My friend suggested that I had done the right thing, as it they were just 2 young thugs....and the only thing I really needed was "a lawn chair and a bag of popcorn"...so I could sit back and watch!

I saw the truck fade to the back of the pack, then he started working back to the front. He took an active role in
Straightening those Hooligans Out.
He tried to play Hall Monitor and pissed off the kids playing in the street.
Maybe he is jealous of people who are Really good at riding a wheelie.. that's something I never was good at.  I didn't try too hard,, the rewards weren't that great. The risks were obvious enough.

"hall monitors"

Sorry to say it but there are people like that, I know one, my father-in-law.
He has a sign on the back of his pickup "The closer you get, the slower I go", in 3 inch letters (it is a big sign).
And he does just that, no matter the traffic speed limit or the actual speed of traffic.
He also carries a can of boat air blaster (the can with a horn) that he sets off if a car with a loud stereo pulls up next to him, he keeps it in his console (he doesn't seem to realize that the person in the car or truck can't hear the  horn over the loud music).
My wife, last week, when we went out to eat, rolled down her window and shouted at a guy for texting while driving (he had wandered into our lane and jerked back into his).
I told her to just let it go, because I wasn't packing at the time and he might take offense at being yelled at by a crazy woman.
I'm just hoping see doesn't have her dad's gene for making other drivers crazy mad.  ;D
