my rear signal is broken and the screw that holds it wont budge even with a impact screwdriver any tips?

Is the screwdriver tip slipping?
And get some penetrating oil on it.

Mine were hard to remove the first time. I can't remember what I did but they finally broke loose. Let some penetrating oil sit on/around it.

I soaked mine in penetrating oil for a week and then used an impact driver on the screws. They are tight! Be careful though, as you probably know, they're plastic. The screws are really not Phillips head. They are JIS screws (Japanese Industrial Standard). A standard Phillips won't fit these screws as well as it needs to. You need a good JIS #2 screwdriver.

Nother,

If you have a soldering iron, clean the tip off with steel wool.

Hold the tip in the screw driver opening and turn it on. You should be able to hear a "sizzle" when the thread locker starts to melt. Immediately get on the screw with a JIS screwdriver or a #2 Phillips screwdriver that has the tip ground off.
