Title: lubricate speedometer cable seal? Post by rijopiatt on 11/21/15 at 06:49:13 I'm replacing the cable seal. Should I lube it before installation as I would a oil filter gasket, wiping it down with new motor oil (or, I've got general purpose grease and lithium grease in my shop also) or install dry?
